Cancer rehabilitation and exercise can help to reduce cancer treatment side effects.

The sessions we offer are designed to help prevent, manage and improve the side effects from cancer and its treatments. Treatment related side effects can include pain, fatigue, lymphoedema, reduced fitness, reduced strength, restricted range of movement in joints, osteoporosis, nerve injuries, breathing problems, increased weight, changes to heart health etc. Cancer rehabilitation and exercise can help to reduce these side effects. These sessions are designed to suit each patients’ individual abilities and to work towards their goals so that they have a safe plan to follow either in their gym, class or at home.
